Private individual coaching sessions with a seasoned Advisor are provided every month for one to two hours without distractions at the members chosen facility. This is the time to help each member uncover strengths, weaknesses, needs, issues or opportunities.
It is also a time to discuss such topics as expansion strategies, hiring, training & firing, compensation plans, exit strategies, succession, organization structure & culture, M & A, outsourcing, business plans, reorganizing and life/work balance. Focal Point Private Coaching provides a confidential atmosphere to discover new ways to work towards becoming a more effective leader and make better decisions.
